The customer agrees to the following terms and conditions before using AceTimeClocks.

All content on this website including the logo, graphics, text, design is the property of AceTimeClocks, No attempt should be made any of the content from this website.

AceTimeClocks has taken every care towards the accuracy of information provided on the website. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. AceTimeClocks, or its employees, or its affiliates, are not responsible and can not be held responsible for loss or damage caused to customers and or users of the website due to the information provided on the website.

AceTimeClocks always tries to deliver the exact product ordered by the customer. If a product is unavailable, customer will be contacted and if customer agrees, a similar product, nearest to the description and image of that ordered, will be delivered, if otherwise the money will be credited back if order can not be delivered in the desired time frame set forth by customer.

If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail and a full refund of the money will be issued within 72 business hours.

Customers must contact the Customer Service at cs#AceTimeClocks (replace # by @)to cancel an order. If the product has not been dispatched by the time order is cancelled, AceTimeClocks, at its sole discretion, may cancel the order and refund entire payment to the customer.

AceTimeClocks does send e-mails to its registered users about new item/schemes and discount coupons. Users may opt in or out the mailing list if they do/do not want to receive these mails by writing to our Customer Service.

Products once delivered can be returned - for instance when the customer is not 100% satisfied  - subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the Return Policy Statement.

In every case that a customer wants to cancel an order after order is dispatched, customer has to bear shipping and handling expenses.

Pricing Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AceTimeClocks reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time. In case of non-availability of the ordered item, AceTimeClocks will contact you if the procurement of the product that you selected takes longer than the time specified in  the description of that product. All orders placed (in U.S. denomination) must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email or Telephone number at the email address/telephone number provided on your order. Shipping and delivery timeframes quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

Lowest price guarantee:
At AceTimeClocks all of your purchase are protected by lowest price guarantee for full 6 months after the purchase. In the event you find same products available at lower prices for new condition, we will refund you the difference. To obtain price difference credit, please contact us with details of the product available for sale at lower price. You must be able to provide sufficient proof of the lower price item, for example if the item is available on any website then URL or web address of the item etc.

Availability Policy:
Please note the processing times specified in the product/item details page of each item.

If specified processing times does not meet your needs then please write to us for a possible arrangement to expedite your order processing.

The products are strictly subject to availability, AceTimeClocks does not make any guarantees for availability of any item and reserves the right to cancel the order if item is not available and can not be procured from the suppliers in the time frame established by the customer or specified at item details page.

If the customer has expected time of delivery then it must be specified in the checkout shipping/comments section. If  customer wishes to cancel the order, please see our Cancellation Policy.All notifications will take place via email. AceTimeClocks will make every possible effort to deliver the order by the expected delivery date specified by the customer but does not make any guarantees that order will be delivered by the expected date of delivery. If customer has strict delivery deadline then customer must write to us in advance of placing an order so that order items can be checked against inventory at hand. Our customer services staff is very prompt and would usually reply within first 2-16 hours.
AceTimeClocks can not be held liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, damage or any other liability etc caused due to the delayed or non delivery of the order.

Add on Services:

AceTimeClocks offers various add on services like merchandise insurance etc. These services are strictly available to qualifying orders only. Usually there is minimum purchase amount and/or certain type of items purchase required to qualify for these services which is listed on the product description pages. However these services are provided with most of the items listed on AceTimeClocks for nominal charges.


Errors and Omissions Policy:
In the unlikely event if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error, or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers AceTimeClocks shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The customer will be notified in such events.

AceTimeClocks will  have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AceTimeClocks shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the amount of your original charge.

Cancellation Policy:
Once a product is shipped  it cannot be cancelled by the customer. However, we may try to cancel your order if contacted before the order status is 'Processing'.AceTimeClocks has full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by AceTimeClocks and accept AceTimeClocks decision regarding the cancellation. Once a delivery attempt is made, no cancellation will be accepted. Refunds in such scenario's would be subject to customer obtaining RMA. These refunds will only be considered when the product has been received back by AceTimeClocks in original conditoin with all items and accessories included.

Warranty / Dispute Policy:
Perishable Products - AceTimeClocks does not provide any warranties on the products it delivers, except as given for the products discribed on products discription pages of the product.

All and any disputes related to AceTimeClocks service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of California(USA) courts.

Fraudulent / Declined Charges Policy:
AceTimeClocks reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the site fraudulently. AceTimeClocks reserves the right to sue the recipient in case of fraudulent charges and denial of charges by the customer.

Payment Policy:
We accept all Master,Visa, American Express and Discover Cards through our payment service providers. We currently use Google checkout and paypal as standard payment methods. We encourage customers to read payment policies of respective payment service providers terms and conditions of using AceTimeClocks. AceTimeClocks shall not be liable for any policy, terms and conditions changes of our merchant account gateway resulting in additional expenses or losses by using this website.

The description provided on AceTimeClocks, including but not limited to composition,dimension, weight etc are true to AceTimeClocks's knowledge. However,AceTimeClocks can not be held responsible for any discrepencies between the actual specifications,description and what is shown on this website. Also customer assumes complete responsibility of using the products sold at AceTimeClocks. AceTimeClocks can not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of products sold by AceTimeClocks.

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold AceTimeClocks and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, related to any violation of this Agreement by them or your authorized users of your account.

The customer also agrees to defend, indemnify and hold AceTimeClocks and its affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, in connection with the use of the Service or the placement or transmission of any message or information or other materials by you or authorized users of your account.

Money back guarantee:
We are confident of the quality of our products. At AceTimeClocks we provide 15 days money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with the products purchased you may return them for full refund of the amount you paid for the purchase. Additionally we do not charge any restocking fee so that you can shop confidently. To be able to receive full refund, you must obtain a RMA# and the products return must be post marked within 15 days of purchase. Also all accessories should be returned with the return in its original packaging.

1 year product warranty:
All products sold at AceTimeClocks are covered with 1 year comprehensive warranty from the date products are purchased for the software and hardware. The warranty does not cover the physical damage to device due to mis handling and abnormal usage, wear and tear due to inappropriate surrounding. In the event the device does not function properly within warranty period, we will replace defective device with equivalent device at no cost to the customer.

AceTimeClocks may modify this Agreement from time to time by changing the above terms and condition. The terms and conditions applicable to the customer will be the ones that were prevailing on the day and time you placed your orders.
