AceTimeClocks has taken every care towards the accuracy of information provided on the website. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information. AceTimeClocks, or its employees, or its affiliates, are not responsible and can not be held responsible for loss or damage caused to customers and or users of the website due to the information provided on the website.

Return Policy
AceTimeClocks guarantees the quality of the products we offer.
We will allow you to return a product in its original condition along with all accessories and with original packaging must be included for each returned item. In case of missing or damaged products and/or accessories and/or packaging and/or product has been used, a return handling fee (15% of the purchase price of the products) shall apply.

Following return policy is applicable for customers purchasing 1 unit only.
Please contact AceTimeClocks within 15 days of receipt of the item, at (replace # by @)and specify order#, the product serial # of the item to be returned and obtain an RMA. Customer will need to specify this RMA on all return merchandise. The refund or exchange is processed within 72 hours of our receiving back the item.
Multiple units order are subject to a 20% return handling fee.

AceTimeClocks delivers some of its products through selected logistics providers and they vary from time to time depending on the products and location.All initial communication should be directed to (replace # by @) In the unlikely event, while the product is unable to be delivered due to no one being at delivery location to accept the shipment, we will return the goods to the AceTimeClocks warehouse. Every genuine effort shall be made to a re-delivery but not guaranteed.

 Please allow the minimum time required for delivery as specified in each category and or item description.  Delivery shall be made in the course of the day, and the customer agrees to refrain from requesting for deliveries at very early or late hours of the day. All attempts will be made to deliver at the specified time on the preferred date of delivery but AceTimeClocks will not be held liable if the delivery does not take place within the specified time. 

Order status:
You may login to your account anytime to check the status of the order/s placed with AceTimeClocks. Following is a brief description of various order status:
Pending: Order is queued in the system for processing, awaiting on either payment to clear up or AceTimeClocks employee to initiate processing the order.
Processing: Order is being processed.
Shipped:Order has been shipped. It may take 1-5 business days depending upon ship address location for delivery to take place.

Promotional Shipping:
Occassionally AceTimeClocks offers flat promotional shipping rates to its customers including free shipping within continental US. The rates are applicable to contiguous US only unless otherwise specified. The customer can place an order for other U.S states or international shipping locations. In latter case, customer will be contacted by AceTimeClocks for incremental shipping charge applicable for the shipping. If the customer agrees to pay incremental shipping charge, order will be processed otherwise it will be cancelled and the order payment will be refunded to the customer.
